2018 Annual Meeting Agenda Items

A thousand apologies!!! I had the October deadline in my mind when typing the date of our scheduled meeting. Here is a re-send of my previous email with the correction.

Ahoy PHRF Fleet members, delegates, handicappers and Organizing Authorities!!!

It has been a year full of change for your fleet administration and handicappers.

I have had the great privilege to witness the efforts of your small cadre of volunteers who have dedicated many hours of personal time to staff applications, ratings and rating appeals in order to facilitate race participation by over 900 boats throughout the bay.

Our Annual Delegates Meeting is scheduled for November 10th in Fredericksburg VA.

Please submit agenda items by the 8th of October so that we can publish the agenda before the required 30 days in advance of our annual meeting. We would appreciate it if these agenda items were submitted through your club delegates or regional VPs this week. Agenda items include, but are not limited to, by-laws, rules, prescriptions, 2019 class splits and class administration policies, procedures, communication, coordination and suggestions for improvement. In order to expedite the compilation of the agenda, submissions must include an explanation or rationale for the changes or suggestions with in your submission.
